As Payroll Officer you support our HR colleagues with the following tasks:
- You carefully follow up the daily personnel administration, such as:
- Preparation and processing of employment contracts
- Management of time registration
- Registration and follow-up of absences and illnesses
- Processing of expenses
- Request and follow-up of company cars
- You take care of social documents
- You keep the personnel data up to date
Your profile
- You have completed a relevant HR-related study
- You work very accurately
- you are discreet
- You are familiar with Excel
- You are a strong communicator and a real team player
- You are driven and curious
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
